Do you offer discounts?

What are your shipping policies?
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days from receipt. Shipping and handling charges are prepaid and will be added to invoice. FOB Newton, MA. International orders require payment in advance. A $25.00 Documentation fee will be applied to the proforma invoice.
What are the terms?
NET 30 days. MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express accepted.
What is your return policy?
Accepted up to 30 days from the invoice date. There is a 10% restocking charge.
How do I use a credit memo?
No cash refunds. Credit memos can be used against current or future balances for up to 6 months from date of issue.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. During June, July and August we close at 1:00pm on Fridays.
